sexuality: Bisexual. The reason I have decided to play Angela as bisexual, is simply because in the game she came off as an extremely flirtatious character. If you are familiar with the series, you will know that for her entire life Angela had been shunned by her only parent because of her lack of being able to use magic for the first part of her life, and the only thing she inherited from her powerful mother was her beauty. For me it feels that she needs attention of all sorts from everyone to try and make for what she lacked all her childhood, and she wants to prove the beauty she got from her mother constantly as means to prove to herself that she at least got on thing from the person she idolizes so much.

appearance: Angela is of average height for a girl her age, standing at about 5'5. Despite all the time she has spent in the sun from her days outside wandering and playing mercenary for her survival she has retained the pale skin she retrieved from her aristrocratic heritage. She has a pear shaped face a all around small features with the exception of her eyes. Both Angela's eyes and hair hold anunusual color--a violent, deep royal purple color.

Angela has never exactly been the modest type, and due to her loose inhibitions her attire isn't exactly what one might consider typical or a pirate. It all contains the same rugged, weathered, and dirty traits of most--with the same earthly colors but in a very different style all together. After all appearance is what Angela prides herself in, and her vanity would not allow herself to stoop down to be anything less then inticingly provocative. Her pants start around her hip, resting low on her torso. They are of a faded brown color, resembling dull copper at its best. They are slightly puffed and come together tightly at her ankle in a cuff to keep her from tripping. Around her hips also lies a tight belt where she hangs an assortment of pouches full of many different powders and varying objects used in her craft. She wears a very small, and not exactly discreet black strapped tube top with a burgundy outline. Not exactly convenient clothing, particularly in times of battle but trying to convince her otherwise is a futile task. Her hair, which is quite long and thus has a tendency to get in the way is always pulled back with a bright red ribbon. Simple sandles adorn her feet.

personality: Angela is a vain and combative girl by nature. The lack of attention from her mother while growing up made her crave it incessantly from others. Whether it be good or bad she'd do anything to be in the spotlight. That wasn't the only way that her upbringing effected Angela, however. She wished to prove herself to Valla, and as such always spent her time studying the same things of myth and the craft that she seemed so interested in. In time, Angela's interest in that itself became much more genuine and she showed an unusual talent for witchcraft for one her age. As well as following her mother in her majors, Angela also became obsessed with maintaining as much of her beauty as she could--which of course led to her receiving much of the attention that she desired, even though it ended with her not taking the idea of love and sincere relationships too seriously.

However, while she takes relationships of the romantic variety with nothing more then a roll of her eyes and a 'hmph', when it comes to friendships..or even simply partnerships she is quite serious. It takes alot for the purple-haired beauty to consider anyone a friend seeing as how she thinks most people are below her or not worth her time but when she does she is quite loyal. In truth, Angela does mean well but she is an impulsive, sanguine young girl who doesn't have much control over her emotions or mouth. She may be incredibly intelligent, but unless its called upon in a dire situation she doesn't always use her mind to the best of her abilities.

All in all: on the outside she seems like a racous, flirtatious girl; and she is, but with a little opening up there is much more to learn.

abilities/weaponry: Angela's skills lie in her intelligence. She is a great strategist and is impressive at making quick and calculating decisions. Along with this intelligence comes great knowledge of the world, what is myth and what is real, about curses and their cures--but most interestingly enough she has a tiny hand at witchcraft. She carries two daggers on her belt, but they are more for show since she'd be just as likely to hurt herself and her allies in any battle.

weaknesses: Angela is by no means a melee fighter. Her body hasn't seen many days of hard labor since she lived quite a fair off life for a long time, and most of the kinds of jobs she took afterwards were merely the sleazy, entertaining type (though she never actually slept with anyone). She simply isn't physically strong, and unfortunately her craft is still weak and a little inconvenient since it requires alot of time to prepare if to be used for battle purposes.

history: (In an attempt to stick as true to her original story...)

Angela was daughter of a former witch named Valla, and a noble named Richard. She never learned quite how to the two came to meet each other, seeing as how different and far away there homes must have been. It was something she had wanted to ask for a long time since she was certain such a union must have produced a scandel, but with her father's death early on and the distance Valla kept from her she never found out. Angela simply assumed they had managed to keep it a secret, and because of Valla's beauty and eloquent manner everyone just assumed she was a fair Lady like any other from a distant land.

After Richard's death Valla mourned a little, but quickly moved on immediatly becoming stoic and business like so she could retain all her property, a difficult thing to do since she was a woman. Since she was always busy she left raising Angela to her caretakers, but of course that is no replacement for parent. So as such she grew up for from a disciplined woman, but one consolation comes from the fact that it drove her other studies that a commoner would not be so lucky to have.

Despite the maltreatment she gained from Valla, Angela had always acknowledge and admired her for being a powerful woman. However one day the port city in which they lived was ransacked by pirates. While they didn't lose their entire fortune the Lashoar family was set back quite some bit. As opposed to what one might think, this did not anger or frustrate Angela. She did not decide to hold a vendetta of any sort. In fact it had quite the opposite effect, it taught her that Valla was not quite the perfect, all-powerful being she had made her out to be and so she set out to become one herself.
